I freaking love this business. I have meals delivered to my house. My husband and I eat really clean and light through the week, but our meals are the same over and over for dinner because we aren’t creative at making healthy meals taste good. We were getting burnt on chicken and asparagus every night. So I tried this place, and am beyond thrilled. The meals taste so good and are actually less calories than the boring meals we were making.

The food is great! Ton’s of flavor. It keeps for a pretty long time. We’ve both eaten food more than week past the “best by date”. The chicken breast is tender and moist. I love looking forward to the menu changes.

The food is absolutely delicious and I love that they have an organic option. Met the owners today in person and they were very kind and accommodating. I highly recommend this place!!!

Charleston Fit & Fresh does for me what I am unable/unwilling to do for myself. I order 5 meals every other week. The food is delivered as if by stealth ninjas, usually before baby and I even get up in the morning. The food is fresh and, almost without exception, incredibly tasty.
