Boneless chicken thighs cooked in our house made Peanut Sauce (peanuts, coconut aminos, vinegar, ginger, sesame oil, coconut sugar, coconut milk). Served with Kung Pa0 Brussels Sprouts and Brown Rice.

Vent top and microwave 2-3 minutes or until heated to 165ºF
Transfer meal to oven safe dish and heat at 350ºF until heated to 165º
